What are the costs involved?

From $9,000 + GST and $120/ month for hosting.
Business Email available (your choice of provider, typically $6-14 /month/user), however we assist in the setup and configuration.
If you wish to use Google Ads to sell your products, we offer set-up of a Smart Shopping Campaign, and linking all of your products, from $495 plus data entry at $50/hr.

What if I need more help running the site after it’s setup?

Initial coaching for use of the admin area of website is included, focused on managing orders and customers.
Ongoing support packages for running the online store can be negotiated. ($50/hr for coaching/design changes)
Basic technical maintenance of store is included.

After I sign up for an Ecommerce Website, what happens?

Typically the process is this 1. Domain name registration and configuration ie. yourbusiness.com.au
2. Business email setup and configuration ie. owner@yourbusiness.com.au
3. Product spreadsheet creation, a formatted spreadsheet to enter all product details and pricing, images put into a folder, with image names referenced in spreadsheet
4. Creation of Google Merchant Account, Google Ads Account, Google My Business account.
5. Logo, contact information and styling applied to website
6. Payment Gateway Application submitted once website meets minimum requirements (important that contact information, returns policy etc is complete)
7. Integration of Payment Gateway
8. Upload of all products to website
9. Linking of Products to Google Merchant Center, Google Ads Smart campaign (if desired)
10. Finishing touches applied to website

How long does it take from start to finish?

Depending on the Payment Gateway Application time-frame, your Ecommerce website could be up and running within 4-6 weeks.
